I love intimate conversation and learning about people. I’ve always been aware that friends and strangers alike often tell me very personal stories and secrets, some of which are heartbreaking anecdotes about loss, defeat, failure, and setback. In examining our culture today, I’ve noticed that there’s very littleroom for people to express these seemingly taboo topics without feeling like a complainer or saboteur. I write this blog to give space to the times in our lives when we’ve experienced setbacks — and then honor the comebacks we create for ourselves.
I am a PCC-Level coach, certified by both the International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute, and am trained as a Psychotherapist in Gestalt Therapy, with a focus on the here-and-now. Our work together often includes somatic experiencing, movement, and relational connections. I live and work in Southern California and see clients in person and remotely. I love learning about people and connecting, sun, exercise, baking and cooking, travel and concerts.

What I like about sharing stories on WP, is the lack of criticism/judgment I’ve gotten from readers. Sometimes it’s easier to tell strangers our secrets. I’ve been enjoying your writing.
