I think (many) men associate strength with stoicism and keeping a tight upper lip. Women, in general, liken strength to being able to honestly express themselves and negotiate to an end goal. Since men don’t often have a safe place to express themselves, they internalize issues and become moody or irritable. How do you deal with moodiness?
