What’s Coactive Coaching? I work relationally with you, with your goals, with your wants.
Negative thoughts and self-doubt often steal your peace of mind and you may criticize yourself often. You’re probably noticing this repetitive cycle no longer works for you, but you feel alone and unsure how to move past it. Stop suffering through this by yourself. Our work together will teach you to shift your mindset and start loving yourself again. Working together, I’ll help you identify the kind of life you want to live and create ways you can start to feel inspired to make lasting changes, while actively accomplishing your goals and gaining awareness about yourself.
I believe in small daily steps to achieve your goals. We’ll examine the obstacles holding you back, your inner critic who may scream through an echo chamber to disrupt your progress, and the break the habits that don’t work. I offer feedback and support in a non-judgmental atmosphere. We will build on your strengths for you to thrive. We will remove those pestering, repetitive patterns that keep coming back.
I help people during pandemics, life crises, and transitions. This is a trusting environment to process and re-frame problems. You will learn how to gain mastery, identify needs and gather tools to restore your capacity for peace and happiness. Coaching has less stigma than therapy, and I offer various packages to start.
To honor the challenges of 2020 amidst the Covid-19 pandemic and new decade, I am offering a special program. Normally, my packages run for three months, but this time, I’m offering packages for four months. Please contact me to determine if this program is right for you.
Beginning can be the toughest part. It begins with an email to me. We will then set up a phone consultation that works for both of us. In our call, we’ll discuss what’s going on for you. I’ll tell you how I work in more detail.

Am I too old? Too young? How do I know if we’re a fit?
You’re not too old. You’re not too young. If you’re reading my blog, we’re likely a good fit. I work with individuals and couples of all ages. I work with teenagers, women, men and people transitioning. Truly, you’ll know if we’re a good fit when we talk on the phone or meet in person. If you get a good vibe, that’s a strong indicator that we’ll work well together.
Since schools have strictly gone online since the Covid-19 pandemic hit, I’ve noticed how isolated and stressed teenagers feel. Not being able to connect with friends in person, sports seasons and extracurricular activities being cancelled, and sitting at home all day really gets tiresome and boring. Teens need a coaching outlet.

Many adults want to help teens, but don’t know how. With my teen coaching, kids feel heard and understood…and excited about creating positive change.
Covid-19 didn’t come and go in a few weeks or months, as we all hoped. The months of social isolation and physical distancing have been challenging. Some have fallen back on old patterns or used unreliable coping strategies to get through lock downs. I will help you get clear on how you want to manage your stress and anxiety while staying safe. This is a great time to invest in yourself.
I work with corporate groups to help their teams gel and unify. As many teams work remotely and don’t get to see each other in person, it’s so important to be able to communicate verbally. I can help your team become more productive and efficient, increase professionalism, and find balance.
Is your relationship good but you want it to be great? Let’s look at your patterns and teach you immediate skills you can use to improve your communication and understand yourself (and partner) better. This is a judgment-free zone and I enjoy working with all people to get closer and develop greater intimacy.

How long are sessions?
- They’re generally one hour to one and a half hours.
Where do we meet?
- I work with many of my clients remotely. I see people in Greece, Germany, Spain, Great Britain, South Africa, New York, DC, OC, LA, Denver, and Chicago. If we have the ability to meet in person in SoCal, we will. Otherwise, our sessions will be done via Zoom or FaceTime (audio or visual, your preference).
What do we talk about?
- Anything! Everything!
- Your goals – we will do an assessment of what’s working and what needs some help. Our sessions are structured and tailored to meet your goals in an efficient way.
- Most often, my clients come to me with a series of problems or concerns. We identify all of the things that are working well and examine the things that need improvement. Then, we create an action plan to conquer these problems. I support you 100% along the way.
I began my Coaching practice in 2014. I completed my Coactive Coaching Certificate from the Coactive Training Institute. Additionally, I’m certified by the Center for Somatic Studies in New York. My Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology taught me how to understand problems psychologically and allows me to get to the root of your habits quickly. I worked as a Marriage & Family Therapist for seven years. I love thinking about existentialism and making meaning out of life. I incorporate a Gestalt Perspective, which is a here-and-now attitude into my Coaching work. I live in Southern California. I love baking, cooking and sunshine.
